Although initially intended as a cheaper housing option, or for those who want to downsize, these houses have expanded (figuratively) to an entirely new audience: the rich and famous. Christopher Burch, who co-founded designer brand Tory Burch, has entered the architecture industry with Cacoon9 and is taking on the trend of tiny homes.
