Tiny houses have officially taken over. Although initially intended as a cheaper housing option, or for those who want to downsize, these houses have expanded (figuratively) to an entirely new audience: the rich and famous. Christopher Burch, who co-founded designer brand Tory Burch, has entered the architecture industry with Cacoon9 and is taking on the trend of tiny homes. He and his team have designed three model homes ranging from a modest 150 square feet to a… still modest 450 square feet. The high price tag on these make them a little impractical for the average tiny home buyer, but a perfect option for those who want to leave behind their life of clutter, yet still live in the lap of luxury.
